This GENUINE SS Hatch is not for the purists having gone through a significant mechanical upgrade. Originally a 253 V8, Four Speed car it is now powered by a period 383 Chev V8 with significant enhancements to now achieve 550 horsepower. This power plant is mated to a TREMAC 5 speed gearbox and a Trutrac 9 inch differential. All this provides tyre blistering performance and a very lively drive experience and reliability when put to the test.

The vehicle does have the original owners manual, service records and extensive receipt file including the engineering paperwork covering the modifications.
